I noticed that high end bottles have decreased in quality while bottom shelf bottles have stayed drinkable. The really good stuff is always more than $50 per bottle, so I don't know if it is still really good. I have gotten some well recommended disappointments and don't want to waste any more money. What's good in the under $30 range?
