- 2 lbs ground pork (mine was roughly 75/25) - 1 TBsp Tony Chachere's Cajun Seasoning - 1 TBsp Kinder's Woodfired Garlic Seasoning - 2 tsp granulated garlic - 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper - 1/2 cup chopped green onion, just the green part. Mix all ingredients by hand until tacky. If it's just me eating it I put more Cayenne pepper in it to up the heat. If you decide to make it I'd love some feedback.
