The year was 2019. The Flor de las Antillas belicoso was THE highest rated cigar all year at 95.
It was not in the top 25 that year. If you didn't believe it's a BS list, there's your sign. And I disagree about the Casa Cuba. I think they are horrible. Can't even sell them at half price at the shop.
