I imagine sales tax is different if you live in Cali, being that Small Batch is based there.
Drew Estate also makes some very good cigars. I'm fond of the Liga Privadas. The Liga JD4, which is about impossible to find anymore (for me at least), was one of the best cigars I've ever had.
Some of the large brands have very good cigars as well, such as Fuente and Ashton, Padron, etc. You just need to sample them all and enjoy the slope lol.
