Mirroring what people have said, I again was surprised by the lack of strength and just attributed most of it to my patch job, which I suppose was way better than I assumed.

The second thing is when I see people buying these aged AFs at a premium I really question them, it's not like buying an old Davi or well most vintage CCs

Yeah, these weren't bought at a premium by any stretch of the word (probably not far off from the price of a recent box), but they are from someone I trust and am certain enough of the provenance to have put them in this test. I just thought it would be a fun box to have and throw in things like this or PPPs...
