Go bigger than you think you need. I got a 48qt amd outgrew it in about a month. It becomes an obsession to fill it haha.

70qt is larger than I hoped I'd need...but obsessions tend to take us into straight jackets

Regarding the weather station - is there a way to confirm it's accuracy with humidity - I guess the salt test works for that just like any other hygrometer. Any suggestions for brands?
