Lamb shoulder came out perfect. 32.5 hours at 133F. Cut off the bone, cubed and added to a nice tomato curry sauce. A bit of garlic naan.

My neighbor came by my house this morning at 2AM, pounding on the door. Good thing I was still up playing the drums.
