So I got a Moka pot for Christmas, and I use it mostly to make Mokachinos. I tried several different methods to heat and froth milk until I found this little gem. It heats and froths milk in about 1 minute, and I think it does a great job. Does anyone else here go to the trouble to heat and froth milk for their Moka? __________________ Build a man a fire and he will be warm for hours. Set a man on fire and he will be warm for the rest of his life.
