I went looking. Scott, are you talking about the Tampa Sweethearts No 32? They're 4" / 32 gauge, short filler. Judging by the photo they look pretty rough, but they're also only $27.95 for a bundle of 25! Now those are bargain quick smokes! Are those the ones made with Hemingway tobacco?
