Winnipeg Jazz Festival

For a small city we have some great events. A name to watch - young Brooke Pallson - (daughter of a friend of mine), actress and Jazz singer, on the first night of the Winnipeg Jazz Festival.

Included Jazzed up versions of Michael Jackson tunes (on the ukelele!).

She can be seen in Canadian TV dramas "Flashpoint" and "Less then kind".(HBO) Her new CD is called "The Willow" - worth looking out for.
