I've seen them go for as high as $300 delivered, although $250-$275 seems to be the more common selling price.

Just FYI, while I don't know where you are planning on selling these cigars, but if it's here, there is a sales forum that I'm guessing you probably don't have access to yet, selling outside of that area is against the rules.
