For example, I have a Capresso grinder and have tried multiple grind levels; best so far for a full pot has been between 5-6 on the grinder scale with a pretty full basket of coffee suing the gold filter. It's very good, but I'd like it a bit stronger. Any recommendations on different levels to try for a fuller, bolder brew?
Steve: I Use A Baratza Encore Grinder @ #20 Setting Most of the time. I Prefer A weaker Cup So I Use 1Tablespoon/6Oz.Water. Most Of The "Experts" Recommend 2 Tablespoons/6Oz. 1 Tablespoon=37Gm. Of Coffee, So You Can Go From There.
