I'll add a couple of my favorites that I did not seen mentioned:

Famous Maduro Nicaraguan (less than $2.50)
Vigilante Corojo by RP (less than $2, but not sure how available this is anymore)

(Flor de) Oliva bundles, corojo wrapped being my fave of the four varieties. Even the 'Gold' is good, just very mild.
