Anyone heard of Personales?

A customer gave me one of these "Personales" cigars today.. but I can't seem to figure out who makes it or anything about it.. It's got a dark wrapper and is about a Robusto size.

All the internet has told me is that Partagas Personales was discontinued in the 1980's, and that's a CC.

I'm guessing the $3.97 price label on it doesn't make it a 25 year old CC.. so what is it?

Will post pics of it if no one has a clue..

::edit:: It does also say Dom. Rep. on the band as well.

Sure thing! Being a n00b I was considering that maybe this thing was popular and I was just missing the big picture somehow...

I believe they are made by the Charles Fairmorn Factory in the Dominican Republic.

Interesting.. Not much info on his site. I wonder if he's something like a Nat Sherman kinda guy..
