Why not still put that money in to your house as improvements? Like a swimming pool or new appliances or maybe just maybe a two story deck that the 1st floor will be for entertaining your "friends" and the 2nd level is for your true friends. With a wrap around bar, 97in HDTV, 100000 count igloodor and of course some como lazy boys. Just a thought.

32" waist, 30 inseam, Lucky Brand jeans would be nice.
At the risk of sounding too greedy, since it appears there is lots of freed up funds, would really appreciate a Robert Graham shirt to go along with the jeans.
