Alec Bradley Nica Puro Robusto Review
$5. - $7.
4.2"x52 Wrapper: Habano Origin: Nicaragua Shape: Robusto Binder: Nicaraguan Filler: Nicaraguan Prelight: Barnyard hay, sweet coffee and sweet tobacco, slight pepper note, pretty labels 1st 1/3 Great draw, mild and semi sweet, coffee and wood tastes, mingled creaminess Also getting slight leather, cocoa, spices with a toasty finish Ash is holding to 1 1/2" before falling off with a dark gray look, burning straight. 2nd 1/3 Going the way of a medium strength, light pepper, wood and coffee Spice bite taking over with the coffee and cocoa being left behind along with the creaminess and going dry and muted Final 1/3 Still getting notes of wood and coffee but the dominate notes are pepper and spice with a slight bite but running cool. Just doesn't have the full flavor I get from Alec Bradley MAXX line and love so much but the Nica Puro is what it is. Smoke time: 1 hr Score 6.5 out of 10
