Porcello gives up 9 runs before 3 outs in the first, and the Tigers are out of it before going through their order once.

Through 17 games:

Jackson .316
Hunter .400
Cabrera .347 18 RBI
Fielder .328 19 RBI

and the rest of the team (besides Peralta) can't hit a lick. Feels a lot like last year already. Well, they won the AL Championship, so I guess that's not all bad.

Twins sweep a rain shortened, two game series with the ChiSox. Pitching has surprised the hell out of me this year and our bullpen has been great. Above .500 again. I think last year we were above .500 for about 3 games. Fun start to the season. Hope they can keep it going.

Twins going for six straight tonight against the poor Marlins. Can't believe this start of the season for us. After all the terrible teams I usually get to watch around here this has been a great surprise!
