Cowboys Asylum
You know we gotta have our separate thread.
So, you guys think Romo is gonna play Sunday? I think Johnson will start but Jerry Jones (the real head coach) will find any reason to put him in. Personally, I think he needs to sit and heal.. the Rams are basically a bye week, no need to be stupid. Any Rams fans wanna bet a 5'er? |

Re: Cowboys Asylum
I hope they shelf Romo for St. Louis. We have a good enough team to beat them without risking further injury to Romo. I say save him for NFC East and play Brad for the next two games

Re: Cowboys Asylum
I would like to see him play.
I think it would do him good as a leader of the team and within the league to portray himself as tougher than he is currently perceived just my two cents. |

Re: Cowboys Asylum
I dont think he should play. Having Brad play will help us get our running game going. We have not really tried to establish the run all year. We're gonna need the running game to be clicking on all cylinders down the stretch.

Re: Cowboys Asylum
Well this is just pathetic. We have zero defense - offensive line can't block for the run - barely can protect the quarterback.
Dallas 7 to Rams 21 in the first quarter - Sucks after such a promising start to the season. Ron |

Re: Cowboys Asylum
This team is in need of a change. A Coaching change. Mr Everybodys friend Wade Phillips needs to pack his stuff and be gone. The 10+ injuries dont really help either

Re: Cowboys Asylum
If jerry doesn't go out and get Bill Cowher to coach this team he is a freakin idiot. The coaching staff on this team is an absolute embarrasment. I'm as diehard a Cowboys fan as they come, but i think I would get some kind of perverse pleasure if we lost the rest of the games this year with this coaching staff.

Re: Cowboys Asylum
Not a single aspect of this team is playing worth crap right now. Coaching, offense, defense, special teams.. no one. Jerry Jones (the real head coach) better make a decision about Romo vs. the Bucs quick.

Re: Cowboys Asylum
I think thats our problem. He needs to hire football guys and let them run the damn team. Ever since he ran Jimmie Johnson out of town we have had one crappy coach after another
