So far I have/will be getting:

Mower
Leaf blower
Weed eater
rake
Snow shovel
Down spout extensions
Water hoses
Washer/Dryer
Shovels
Outdoor furniture at some point
Basic tools (already have them)

Thats off the top of my head right now. I know there are other things I need, but I'm blanking.

No garage, but I will have a big shed for yard stuff.
