I hope that you had better luck than me. I did a bone-in rib eye roast on my smoker last year and found that because it was so lean, it didn't wind up tasting near as good as roasting it in red wine does.
If you had a marinade or such, please post it. I'm 0 for 1 with these on the smoker and would like to even the score. Pot roast turns out great for me, however.
