I don't really remember him playing football, I don't even remember watching Webster, but Alex Karras was
one of the fraternity of football player-actors that swept through Hollywood in the 70s. Did a lot of episodic TV.
Lots of commercials. Good player, too, I imagine. Most of the famous ones were.
