But, thankfully, that part burned out pretty quickly.

Seems to be happening to me a lot lately, which might hint of storage issues maybe?

Anyway, this thing mellowed out right quick. Nice and smooth, great rolls of smoke, and a sharp but not brutal spice to it. Good flavor, nice and cool, and more than enough flavor to compete with the Dr. Pepper we're having at the same time.
