Tell you what Thomas, they keep getting hurt, but they don't seem to be missing a beat.

They call up the kid at SS, he goes 3-4.

Mets have done an amazing (pun intended ) job this year.
Especially since they're playing a 3rd string catcher, 4th string SS, and God knows what string in the OF.
Wonder if all these players they keep calling up who are producing is enough for Mac to finally admit Omar wasn't that bad?

Omar or not, maybe one's position in the MLB Draft is more important than we thought.

Guess there's some advantage to being an also-ran for a decade or so.
