Default Re: Your favorite concerts?

Top 5? Crap, that's touch...I have seen a lot of shows.

Rolling Stones...every tour since 1978. Front row a couple times. Back up bands have included Lenny Kravitz, Living Colour, Blues Traveler, Journey, Peter Tosh, Neville Brothers, and many other great bands.

Audioslave (2005).....Cornell and the RATM boy rocked.

Velvet Revolver (2007)...in a small club venue....Slash rocks!

Party in the Park (Comiskey- 1979)....Aerosmith, Foreigner, AC/DC (with Bon Scott), and Frank Marino.

Ted Nugent (1978, Rockford Speedway)....The Motor City Madman at his peak.

Van Halen (1985)....DLR rockin' Chicago.

UFO / Judas Priest (1979)....Michael Schenker played with UFO, and Judas Priest on their first North American tour.

Foghat (1977)...at the height of their popularity.

Ted Nugent / Heart/ Cheap Trick / Journey in Milwaukee (1979).

Carlos Santana (1981)....unbelievable licks.

Motown / Philly artists....Gladys Knight (1998), The Spinners (with Phillipe Wynn in 1976) Ray Charles (on stage in 1985).

Did I get to 5 yet....if not, I have dozens more.
