I have always been partial to breitling myself and as of right now I would choose the chronomat blackbird or the avenger seawolf

unfortunately I have not seen one but have had profound like maybe love of these watches for about 30 years or so.

You'll understand where the flying theme comes from. They are right across the street from a small runway and one building has an old Junkers style plane on the roof.
