Hope you're not hurt, Scott. It must have been an accident and not punishment from the bishgods as they said your bishlevel is totally maxed out.
But for what it's worth.. my hip is messed up and I even fall UP the stairs sometimes..  then lie there for a bit while recovering and just laugh at myself, it never gets old but I guess I am.
