Had 2011 Firestone Walker Abacus aka sucaba earlier tonight as well. If Goose Island King Henry had a light version, this would be it. Still very good barrel aged barleywine, but not as much barrel notes and complexity that the King has. I keep forgeting that King was aged in Pappy 23 barrels, so that's the reason for it being better.

I love them all. Barrel Aged Boris is very good, my favorite from the line. I'd put Doris in front of Boris. Boris is very very good though. Kinda pricey though, but I can't think of a Barrel aged Imperial stout that I can get almost year round as good...

Picked up Doris the Destroy and Boris the Crusher tonight. They also Outta Kilter Wee-Heavy Scotch Red Ale and Mean Manalishi Double I.P.A. that I didn't pick up.
