Heartfelt bead humidity question.

This may sound like a silly question, but did you hydrate your beads too much? I know on the bag of heartfelt beads it says to add water before use... However, my beads came with like 90% of the beads already clear. Just something to think about. Only 70% of them are supposed to be clear, it sounds to me like one of your bags has too much moisture in it and can't remove any moisture from the air like it's supposed to do.
