A quick reminder

Thanks for your kind words. My conversation today was a reminder that I must always be vigilant.

I know there are inmates here who have had it difficult, or may be dealing with difficult issues now. If so, talk to someone.

What I am hoping is that we can get involved with others and lend an ear, a hand, a hug, a something... to others who are struggling. That we keep our eyes and ears open to find those who may be dealing with something now, and be a friend to them. Let them know that someone does care.
