Re: Losing weight Insanity style with Kirk
Finished Asylum yesterday with the final fit test and I am blown away with the progress I have made! The Asylum was a TOUGH but it was also alot of fun and a nice change of pace from P90X and Insanity I highly recomend it
 Now I am going to take the rest of the week off to heal up and start a 2 month Hybrid on Monday to get ready for X2
