Longer cigars don't neccessarily have to be larger RG smokes, either. Consider some Panatella Largas and Delicados are only 28-36 RG, and smoke without a hint of a pluuged draw.
Anyone who's ever tried a Rafael Gonzalez Slenderella could attest.
