Burger toppings

I love burgers no matter what is on them... but my favorite is:

1/3 pound ground brisket burger with lots of blackening seasoning grilled over a wood fire
Topped with blue cheese
Finished with a little mayo and ketchup
Served on a toasted onion roll

I prefer mine with onion, tomato, Swiss, brown mustard and A-1 sauce.
