Welcome Scott. For some reason, the STG merger didn't gather that much publicity or buzz, seems like it was just kind of mentioned a few places and then promptly forgotten about. Everyone knew about CAO, but a couple industry giants merge and no one notices. I might have missed it myself if it weren't for having a friend who works for one of the Swedish Match acquisitions.

And I sure as heck don't remember the exact dates or order myself - every time this conversation comes up, I have to go look up the order too.
