Looking for vacation suggestions

Looking for a vacation suggestion for next year for my wife and 3 kids, who at the time will be 6(a month short of 7), 5, and 2-1/2 years old. I'm thinking the week of Dec. 26-Jan. 2. Looking for somewhere warm, prefer beach options, quiet, relaxing, etc. We won't do Disney for around 3 more years when we're past the stroller stage.

I'm thinking Florida seems like a sure thing, but not exactly sure where. We did Marco Island about 5 years ago and it was ok. What about Key Largo? Key West? Anywhere in the keys that would be the best or to stay away from?

San Diego always works. The zoo/sea world. It is warm but not beach warm though. Not sure if that meets your needs.

My family did Sanibel Island awhile back. Very low-key, relaxing beach (Gulf) vacation. Worth a look.
