Home network monitoring?

Arpspoof the router and run Wireshark against it or use a 2 nic box as a forwarder before the router and sniff the packets as they go through.
If you don't understand the above it gets more difficult.

P.S. That MS app is pretty cool, you would think it would come installed by default.
