Default Re: Cain Daytona Corona

I finally got the chance to smoke mine and I must say, Eddie was spot on in this review!

Starts off sharp through the sinuses with an almost Cubanesque flavor of hay. The unmistakable Cain flavor is there, definitely on the stronger side of medium and construction was spot on (the ash held for about 3 inches before falling off). The cigar smooths out as you go along until the final third were the spice returns for a wonderful finish. Great complexity but did seem like it could use some time (there were puffs full of flavor and then puffs where it was difficult to pick out anything).

No question this cigar is a winner and I look forward to getting the chance to buy a box (oh yes, the No. 4s are calling my name)!!!
