BTW - I just started "dry boxing" and it seems to make a difference. More even burn and no bitterness.

Now, all you have to do is keep your humidors 60-64% and you can cut out the dry boxing step altogether.

I like the idea of aging at 70-72% and then dry boxing for a few days.

My thought is this - Cigars are made in countries where the average humidity is around 70% and they don't use humidors. So I figure that should be the best humidity for aging. Any thoughts?

Don't forget about wetting the wrapper before lighting. It works, really.
