It's Groundhog Day! Right now I'm halfway through the first Guillermo Leon and beer. Not a great pairing nor a detriment to each other. But they both taste fantastic! If my beer buzz will allow, I may have to go for more Chimay blue. It's been to long since I've had some Chimay; I am starting to think I owe it to the Chimay monks to have a little more than normal.
