![]() Looking at it more closely, I think you might be right and that it might actually be a mop made to look like a harpoon by the addition of a barb tip and such. The throwing stance and seafarer's rain gear kind of reinforces the harpoon bit. |

One I just took myself driving through a mall parking lot. The car was sitting on what had to have been a 5' tall pile of snow. Not a great pic, but I just had to take it.

Lance, that was my first reaction too. "Where's the shadow? ... Oh, there it is." Agree, it could be shopped as the angle doesn't look right - all the other shadows seem to indicate a sun that is low on the horizon (look how long the shadow is of the other tree), yet the location of the shadows from the branches of the tree are very low against the garage, which would require the sun to be very high in the sky, and they are "stretched" the wrong way along with there appears to be no direct light hitting the top of the branches as would be required for that low, short shadow angle. It kind of looks like someone moved the tree from next to the driveway on the left to the middle of the driveway and then cloned the other shadows hitting the driveway to cover up the bottom half of the old shadow.
