La Gloria Cubana Serie R Robusto
Nice construction. Steady burn even with the freezing rain here in NY. Medium/full-bodied with nice espresso flavors. Thanks to Rick (Bunker) for this excellent smoke.
Something about Black Swan. Unrelated anecdote about sniffing glue with Ian Gillan and the horn section from Earth, Wind, and Fire. |

The Serie R are always a great smoke. I prefer the Maduro but the Naturals are very good too. The Robusto is one of my favorite sizes, but I have not had this particular one. Thanks for posting your review -- a nice reminder for me to try one of these!

Re: La Gloria Cubana Serie R Robusto
I really like these cigars. I first tried a maduro in a JR Herf-In-A-Box a few years back and instantly it became one of my favorites. I have yet to buy a whole box though as they run a little higher than my budget can afford right now.
