Palio: Cutter that is awkard in the hand and if dropped from a height exceeding 4 inches will make each piece of the construction seperate itself from every other piece.

It is a cigar cutter. If you have one it should immediately be replaced with one of those cheap black plastic spring loaded cutters with the release button on the side. Should run you between 2-5 bucks if you can find one.

They are cheapo plactic looking, but I didnt buy it for the looks. It cuts great, best cigar cut I have seen. And when no cutting a cigar you can set your cigar on it to keep it out of the dirty ashtray.
