I understand not being able to use data while on the phone, but what happens if you are using data and receive a phone call? Will that go straight to voicemail? (It's been years since I've been on a CDMA network).

Bump, would love to knwo an answer to this. Im currently an AT&T user, but they dont have service at my house, and well i work from home now so I am going to swap to verizon when the iphone comes out. I didnt think about this but what does happen if your using data? I would have thought it would shut your data off and go to phone.. maybe im wrong.

It doesn't on my blackberry. Phone calls will interrupt whatever I am doing and most of the time if a page is downloading it will automatically resume as soon as the call is over

Got it on the 11th of Feb and had roughly 80 something apps by taht evening Sad I had a list already prepared well in advance of what i wanted. Heck I just love having cell service at home now vs not when I was on ATT.
