So far I've only really smoked after dinner, but over summer I look forward to an afternoon smoke with a good book and maybe a mug o' tea

I've never done the morning smoke... My favorite is the after lunch cigar.
 Especially late spring/early summer, it's a great time to just relax.

I long to smoke late in the night, but end up smoking most often in the afternoon; early evening before dinner.
