I'm in love with new found Cuban Style Espresso we found
while in Key Largo, at our regular stop at Denny's, we fell in love with the coffee they were brewing.
Darn thing was awesome. Now keep in mind, Cubans drink POTENT espresso. It is NOTHING like Italian, Spanish or anything else for that matter. The darn spoon better stand up straight in the air in the cup and that is how we measure the strength/potency. Turns out they use a brand called Bahia and they are out of Miami. It is made for many coffee shops in Miami and is a gourmet blend. These beans are about as dark and oily as anything I have ever, ever seen. Drove down yesterday with the wife and picked up a case (8 - 1lb bags) as they will be gone between son, dad and us. This stuff is AMAZING!!! Cannot buy direct from company as only sells wholesale but they have a relative that has a shop that retails it. Paid $7 a bag which I think is amazing for the coffee. I know I have said it already but will say it again. SCREW YOU GUYS!!! Here is a photo of my new dark babies. The creme is amazing also. Need to get some shots next time I brew to post. Check out how oily they are. Amazing iPhone photo if you ask me.

Damn! Had a bunch of good Cuban coffee while in Miami in September. I'm in Okeechobee right now, but not far south enough to get the good stuff. Enjoy, that looks great!

Looks good.
I like my coffee like I like my women; strong, dark, and first thing in the morning!

Unfortunately, they only deal in wholesale. They referred me to a relative that has a small coffee shop in SW Miami that sold me a case. The guy has never shipped but told me he would ship for me. Let me know if you want his number to give him a shout. The coffee is truly amazing if you like Cuban Espresso or a rich, creamy, knock you on your butt flavor, with no bitterness after taste whatsoever. http://www.rokkacoffee.com/ Enter either side but I went into the Bahia one. The case cost me $56 for 8 1 lb bags.
