How do you like it? I've been looking in my area but haven't found any yet. I was interested to see how the two yeast strains complemented each other--and the label looks pretty damn cool by itself

They went quick everywhere, I was lucky enough to find a bottle at a shop on the other side of 75 from TW. I agree with you that it was a good beer but something was missing.

I recently picked up a bottle each of Gouden Carolus Cuvee Van De Keizer Blauw 2008 and 2009. I shared the 2008 with a friend last night and it was excellent. Lots of citrus, plums and raisin, and there was no way I would have guessed it has 10% ABV. Just terrific, worthy of it's world-class reputation. The store I found the 2008 at has a few more bottles and I'll be picking them up this week. I haven't seen the 2010 yet, but will keep my eyes open for it.

Went down to Rhode Island last weekend and found a liquor store that had Anchor Porter. For financial reasons I could only grab a six pack, so it's been pure torture trying to spread them out and make them last for more than a few days!

Oh yea it's got a kick, I cut my teeth on 21% 120 minute IPA's so WWS's 18% doesn't bother me at all. I've done back to back 120's and whatnot. Drank a full 25.2 oz bottle of 18% DFH Fort. Also drinking another World Wide Stout. |

I just finished a bottle of Sam Adams Infinium. Awsome beer but $20 for a 750ml is a little steep, but i guess its meant as a special occasion beer.

I cannot get that beer but is does seem like a steep price for a Sam Adams offering. 750 ml's do usually cost $12-$14 but that's from Dogfish Head which IMO is a very great brewery. Not sure I could pay that more than once for ANY offering Sam Adams could come up with.
