Buying a house is stressful

Enjoy the process, although stressful, buying a home is one of the most exciting things. When we bought our first home last year, I used my Veteran's Loan and they have a 45 day waiting period instead of the usual 30 day. It was torture but in a good way. I would drive by it every week just to make sure that it was still there!!

I am so happy for you, it's a great looking home. I hope that your offer is accepted and you can start the wonderful journey that is home ownership!!
