Forgot to add, the CUC is approx par with the U.S. $. Have her charge the purchase and pay her what the credit card charges her, that way they do the math. They screw you a little cuz they convert from CUC to U.S. to CDN, but it is still duty free and a lot cheaper than local B&M prices.

Cigars aside, the rum is dirt cheap and Cuban honey is one of the best deals on the island. It's really great and you can grab a little squeeze bottle for $1.50CUC

Anyone have any other store selections? She leaves Tuesday morning, and is staying at: Holguin, Cuba, staying at Playa Pesquero. I got a pm for a store (Thanks GWN) and just want to see if she has options so if shes nearby or something...
