I'm drinking a bottle of Boulevard's Collaboration #1 Imperial Pilsner that I got in a trade with our friend BeerAdvocate. This is perfect for going with Thanksgiving dinner. It's more of a Belgian pale ale than a pilsner, and it's a perfect paring with the rich foods associated with a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. I'm chilling down a bottle of my homebrewed Imperial Vanilla Bourbon porter for later this evening. This will be my first bottle from this batch, so I'm interested to see how it's developing.

A friend of mine got one. We are planning on doing a beer tasting around Christmas. I still would like to find a few to put away. Also still trying to get a few vanillas and it's getting harder and harder.

Same here Dave. I think they only made around 940 cases so who knows how much is left.

Had my usual post Turkey Day fare. Went to a little Mexican joint, had a plate full of goodies, an washed it down with a Dos Equis Amber.

I drank a few Summit Imperial Pumpkin Porters last night, #5 from their Unchained series, and have to say I'm very impressed. This is a nice solid porter with the background notes of pumpkin pie, which I liked very much. It's not too "pumpkin pie-ish". Either this or the Rye have been my favorite from the Unchained series. I'm going to grab a couple more 6'ers before it sells out. It will be a very nice beer for winter evenings.
