WTF is wrong with people?

Man, this is one of those stories that I just couldn't imagine happening. I'd be more upset that she just wasted my money.
Now I admit we have a lot of kids in my neighborhood and i try not to go over and talk to my neighbors when I smoke a cigar while doing yard work out of respect. But you weren't even doing that!!
Hopefully you see her again so you can light up in front of her again!
