Dead Snow. My new favorite Scandanavian Nazi zombie flick. If there were an Academy Award for best use of entrails in a feature length motion picture, Dead Snow would totally win.

Re: Netflix Instant
Seriously? I've found that they carry most films I'm interested in. There are plenty of low-budget, independent films that are very rare and hard to find that they don't carry, but I think their overall selection is much better than Blockbuster and local retailers.

Re: Netflix Instant
I heard a very similar quote about Zombies and Academy Awards at Cinemassacre's Monster Madness yesterday.

I've been on a documentary kick lately. Watched National Geographic: Solitary Confinement last night, and National Geographic: Stress // Super High Me the night before. Interesting stuff...but Solitary Confinement was really depressing.

Re: Netflix Instant
Just finishing up season 4 of BattleStar Galactaca. Only season 4 is on instant play but I started with season 1 and am just finishing up. I was very surprised I enjoyed the series as much as I did and the last season on instant has been great since I watch movies while I smoke cigars most of the time.

Re: Netflix Instant
Just finished season 4 of The Office. Thought this show was so bizarre the first time I saw it and didn't like it, but it kind of grows on you

Re: Netflix Instant
I have been streaming MI-5 for a week or two now. Just started season 2 and it isn't bad at all, Hugh Laurie makes a few guest appearances, and he makes me laugh.

Re: Netflix Instant
You'd watch Razor before seasons 1-3? That wouldn't make a lot of sense imho. I don't think I'm following you.

http://www.netflix.com/Movie/Battles...1?trkid=496751 if you follow that link, it should be the original miniseries, but comes up the season one disc, which actually starts at episode 3, where ep. 1 and 2 are the miniseries. If you look at the episode desc on the right side of the page, you will see "disc only" but it does not allow you to click it or add it to your queue. odd.... |
